3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [AUD] and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver Australia-wide and may offer international shipping where permitted.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur outside of our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to your nominated address.

5. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
